Everyone sweats, it's a fact of life. You are supposed to sweat, it cools the body down when it gets too hot. But sometimes people have an excess sweating problem, and sweat so much more than the normal amount. This is called HYPERHYDROSIS, and can be taken care of right in your own home.
Believe it or not, tomato juice can help with your overactive sweat glands. Just grind up fresh tomatoes, and drink them for a week. Then the next week, try alternating tomato drinks for one day, then regular drinks the next, and so on. You'll be surprised to find out how much sweat you have been able to eliminate.
Cotton pads are a big helper in the perspiration battle. All you have to do is mix a combination of baking soda and a little bit of lemon juice, and soak the cotton pads in it for a while. Then wipe them across your arm pits, and that's it. It will keep your sweat down to an absolute minimum, and give you a fresh tingly feeling.
If you really want to get adventurous, try mixing one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and one tablespoon of raw honey. Organic works best. Take this dose of "medicine" three times a day on an empty stomach.
You will see results within one week. And as an added bonus, this little concoction will speed up your metabolism, and give you more energy. Less sweat, and less fat. You can't beat that for multitasking!
