Blueberries – This fruit is jammed packed with antioxidants which prevent damages in our brain cell. It’s also great for improving communication in our brain cells which enhances our learning skills.
It’s essential to have at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day as it helps repair our brain. Create a habit of sleeping at the same time every day so that you don’t lose hours of sleep. Often when people don’t get enough sleep, it affects their concentration throughout the day. So make sure you have enough sleep every day.
